Timothy Byler is a motivator, a mentor, a solutionist, and a musician. He has business experience both as an entrepreneur and as a business manager. He travels internationally as a motivational speaker, as a concert artist and as a minister. 

Timothy is the Lead Pastor of Connection Church in Hinesville, Georgia where he also serves as vice-chairman for the Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission.

Timothy has helped numerous people launch their own businesses and has helped others discover ways to enhance their businesses and organizations. Additionally, he is instrumental in helping people learn better ways to communicate on both a personal and on a business level. He does extensive work on relationship development, coaching individuals, families and employees on ways to strengthen their connectivity through better communication, good boundaries and positivity.

Timothy is the CEO of Big Blue Sky Coaching and Consulting.
